Services and informationThe cost includes:The cost for the final cleanings (at the end of holiday) is € 40,00 and is not included. The cost for heating is separated from the cost to rent the apartment and depends on your consumption only from 15th october to the 30th april. Gas cosuptionis for heating and warm water is not included : The owner and the guest will read together the consumption numbers on the meter at the entrance and at the exit. The stairs to access are 20 but not high so children can go by themeselves up and down. The terrace is hazard-free for children because is closed by fences. |
